What I’m working on…

I have been making slow but stead progress on the “Trail of Tears.” I have appliqued all the spring flowers that surround the poem and have begun quilting on the trail. I will show progress pictures soon.

Recently I’ve been making samples for my Love Angel wall quilts. They are roughly 16X 20.”

I am continuing to sketch out birds for my water fowl serries. These will all be mounted on 12 by 24 canvases.

My newst project is a 40” quilt for QAK (Quilt Artists of KY) annual challenge. This year’s challenge is about music. My idea was to recreate a favorite childhood memory with creative liscence of course. It depicts my sibblings dancing to our moust cherished record “Los Chiringuitos.” Pictures of this will have to wait as the should not be revealed until after the contest.
