The Heart of Lexington

My grandson spent the last two weekends with me to work on a horse quilt. The quilt is inspired by Lexington, with nods to Secretariat and old photos. The quilt is mounted on canvas as a great way to hang or show the work. This work is to be part of his school’s exhibits to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the city of Lexington.
